Every Monday, I’ll be offering a shorter, 30-minute Conscious Connected Breathing session designed as a powerful yet accessible way to begin your week with greater calm, clarity, and inner alignment. While my longer sessions usually last 45–60 minutes and allow for deeper immersion, this condensed format still carries significant impact. In just half an hour, you’ll experience a focused breathwork journey that gently shifts your nervous system out of stress and into a state of balance, openness, and presence. Conscious Connected Breathing uses a rhythmic, continuous breath that helps the body release tension and the mind soften its grip. Throughout the entire session, I guide you with supportive verbal cues and hypnotic-style suggestions. This steady, intentional guidance allows you to relax more fully into the process while receiving therapeutic benefits on both the conscious and subconscious levels. Even in a shorter session, these guided cues can create noticeable shifts—helping you unwind mental noise, reconnect with your inner landscape, and gain clarity around what matters most. This format is ideal if you’re new to breathwork, want a mid-day reset, or simply prefer a lighter practice that doesn’t require diving too deep emotionally. Think of it as a weekly energetic tune-up: a moment to release accumulated stress, return to your center, and start your week with a clear, spacious mind. Whether you come to melt away tension, support your emotional well-being, or simply carve out intentional time for yourself, these Monday sessions are a powerful way to reconnect, recalibrate, and breathe your way into a more grounded version of you.

Although the work provided is safe, there are still measurements we need to take in order to insure the safety and well being of all participants. If you have any history of seizures, aneurysms, heart conditions, cancer, high blood pressure, strokes, are pregnant, are on strong medication, are diagnosed with psychosis, or any adverse physical or mental health conditions, please consult your Doctor before attending one of our sessions. BY BOOKING A SESSION YOU CONFIRM THAT YOU ARE HEALTHY ENOUGH TO PARTICIPATE IN OUR COURSES. Our journeys can be streneous for the body, mind, and soul. We ask all of our participants to be mindful of the other participants in the room. We try our best to create a space of safety and acceptance, so please bring an energy that you would love to be received with, and understand we are all carrying something inside that might not be easy to process. Love and understanding always. Bookings NOT CANCELLED 24 hours before the session may not be refunded but used as credit for future courses and workshops. Please bring a large towel and drinking water!
